GREGORY SEWARD ANDREA, AIA
President
Mr. Andrea holds a Master of Architecture from Virginia Polytechic Institute and a B.Arch, from Hobart College. He is a graduate of The Institute of Architecture & Urban Studies, New York and VPI Lugano School, Lugano, Switzerland. He has eighteen years experience in Architecture and Interior Architecture for a number of major Architects and Development groups, and in private practice. Mr. Andrea has particular expertise in design and planning, construction administration, architecture and interior design. As Partner-in-Charge of Administration and Project Management, Mr. Andrea has considerable experience in the design and Construction management of, commercial, residential and institutional Architectural and interior projects. He is a member of various Professional Associations, and is a registered architect in the States of New York and nationally registered with the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards.
ARCHITECTURE
Over the last 30 years we have been engaged in a wide variety of commissions. Our present workload includes: Commercial Buildings, Restaurants, Hospitality Projects, Commercial Interiors, Housing and Residential projects in both the US and abroad. Gregory Andrea A.I.A. Architect’s designs do not impose a personal style on its clients’ projects. A close working relationship consisting of open dialogue and easy communication will help find design solutions to accommodate the client’s objectives, meeting our client’s budget while creating buildings of architectural significance.
INTERIOR DESIGN
Gregory Andrea has extensive experience in the planning and design of a wide range of interior commissions, including: financial firms, law firms, corporations, governmental agencies, nonprofit organizations, hospitality and residential interiors. By researching our client’s needs and goals, and not being committed to any specific style, we aim to provide the client with a full and fresh approach in which they will feel most comfortable.
CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT
As an extension of our Architectural and Interior Design practice we offer a broad range of Construction Management Services including: Project Management & Administration, Design/Build, General and Sub Contracting, Building Evaluation Studies and recommendations, Site and land use analysis, Existing condition surveys and reports.
